When I trained for my SC permit, I opted to also get the Utah card vs Florida's. A year and a half later, it looks like I made the right guess.

I completely agree with your reasoning, Pennsylvania has no training requirement and yes, we give up some states that require ‘training’ so be it. Someday they may come around to the correct way of thinking, no training requirements. Statistically I have never read that carrying in bars, schools, churches or training had any impact on CHL revocations.
