I'd give it an A+

I bought my CPX2 several months ago for a little deeper concealment than my Glock 23 can give me. (One particular day of the week, I get a lot of hugs.)

I've put about 400 rounds through it practicing but really never past 7 yards. It has never had a hiccup. The groups were never really tight, but always within the chest area 9 and 10 ring of a silhouette. So a couple of weeks ago, I was shooting from the 25 yard line with the Glock and decided to shoot the SCCY there also. To my surprise, it was shooting all over the target, some misses and key-holing. When I returned home, I stripped it and took a boresight that I had bought and looked down the barrel. There appeared to me (I'm no expert) copper fouling embeded about halfway down the barrel on two of the rifling lands. The lands appeared to have a chatter mark from when it was rifled.

I emailed SCCY customer service and they very quickly emailed me back stating they were sending me a new barrel and a return envelope for my barrel so they could look at it. Friday I received the new barrel and immediately installed it and went shooting. The 7 yard groups have tightened up considerably and the 25 yard sandbag puts them all in the 9 and 10.

I'm one of those who hates buying something only having to send it back, but it's happened to a new $25,000.00 car also, so I can't complain about a $250.00 gun. The folks at SCCY were great and made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them, for those like me who has to watch his wallet.

Preacher, that is good to hear! It is always good to hear when the companies in the gun community provide positive service. Big or small. :)
