sears and roebuck 12ga to 16ga conversion

Ok, as I discussed in another thread I have a sears and roebuck model 200( winchester model 1200) pump shotgun in 12ga. I just found a factory 16ga barrel for this model. Other than the barrel, what all would I need to change to convert it from 12ga to 16ga?
Is it even possible without milling and machining?

Numrich Arms Gun Parts Corp shows different part numbers for Winchester 1200 (Sears 200) 12ga versus 16ga on:
barrel
breech bolt
magazine throat
slide support
trigger guard
and I suspect other parts different between 12ga and 16ga on the Sears 200 (Winchester 1200) that GunPartsCorp might not show in inventory. Conversion may be possible, but it might be cheaper to find a nice used 16ga 1200 shotgun in the long run.
