the hotels all have girls, mostly on the 6th floor. they are all polite and honest in the inland cities. coastal cities are a different matter. street girls are risky.
my sweetie is an english speaking tour guide. she asked me if i was lost in a market one day. 4 weeks later i was lost in the pools of her jet black eyes.

awhile back a cab driver gave my GF's sister ???? when she complained about him not giving her correct change. he grabbed her and pushed her away, so yang li called me and we had him arrested. i brought in my smoothest chinese, and he was bargaining the cash penalty when the chief walked in.
he was told that the low wai had been in his station for 4 hours offering to settle with the driver for two free shots to the face. when the chief told the driver he was gonna allow it, he paid the girl a 500 yuan fine to save his teeth. i was pissed and woulda taken them all. a cab driver here makes 35-50 yuan a day, but new teeth cost more than that.
nothing less than murder ever goes to trial here if cash is available. chinese are very reasonable people when it's to their advantage. there is a time and a place to loose temper.
