If I selling a gun in gunbroker.com, the buyer already paid in full, I shipping the gun to his FFL, but finally he failed to be approved to pick up the gun. what will happened? if the gun is still under my name , who take responsibility to send it back ? his FFL dealer?
for example ,if the gun price is $400, the shipping and FFL fee ( back to me ) are, about $80.-&90) how about the rest $320/00 ? Has the gunbroker.com any policy for this kind of refund? this is not my fault, but if the gun is still under my name, I have to take it .
