I'm selling ammo on GB.
Buyer living in IL Cook county asked to sell.
Would it be legal to sell if Cook county not allowing shipping ammo?
Or as private seller I can do that?

You should get a copy of their FOID card, along with a photo ID, and some sort of signed statement stating that they are not a prohibited person to be safe.

I wouldn't ship ammo to anyplace the commercial operations will not.
