Well, since I'm in a bit of a money crunch right now (with the texting bill and wanting an AR-15 and such), I was thinking about selling the 400 rounds of Brown Bear 7.62x39mm I have left over from the 500 I bought with my Saiga. Right now, the closest rifle range doesn't allow bi-metallic ammunition, and there aren't any other ranges even close by that have a rifle range, so I'm thinking of getting rid of it. Currently, it's doing nothing but gathering dust, and the way I figure, I'd just use the AR for the defense rifle when I got that instead of the Saiga, because 5.56 has better loads for taking down aggressors if that may ever be the case.

What do I need to know before getting rid of the stuff? What do you guys think?

Pigeon Hill is in St. Joseph. Unsupervised MO Conservation Dept. range. 5 ranges, 25, 50, and 100 yard rifle/pistol, Shotgun range, and 'special use' range (by reservation only).

Not a bad place to shoot. Free to the public, you're on your own as far as safety and range control. Kinda crowded on Saturday when the weather is nice.

I'm there on most Sunday mornings, weather allowing. Be happy to meet a few THR shooters there some weekend.

Sounds like my kind of place :D

Hopefully, I can still talk my dad into getting that AR-15... that'd be a fun place to shoot it.
