Selling price for smith 5904?

I have a 5904 with 3 10rd mags and 1 14rd mag. It was a police turnin I bought several years ago. It has holster wear and worn Hogue grip but in great shape as accurate shooter. Barrel is very good and gun does not need anything. What kind of prices are these getting? I checked Gunbroker but there are none currently for sale. Besides you have to follow the gun and see what it "actually" goes for. I was thinking of $450.00! I would like to price it where it will sell without "giving" it away.

well the 5906 was going for about $300 not that long ago, those were police-turn-ins. A TSW model will command about $100 more.

The 5904 is steel frame w/steel slide. It is a little more rare than the 5906. 5904's with round trigger guards are a bit more sought after. However, based on your description of it being a shooter with 3 ten rounders and 1 fourteen round, value is in the $350 to $400 range in today's market.
