Isn't there a holster maker by that name...?

I would have qualms about owning weapons used in murder. Used in war no, but murder I would I feel funny about owning it.

It is an inanimate object, it killed no one by itself. How come german pistols from the high Nazi's have sold for so much? Immoral no, sick mabey

I lived in the PRK when this SOB was on the prowl. I was in my early 20's . I knew lots of girls who were scared to death because of this trash person.

He actually strangled people. I think the more appropriate auction for this clown would be to chop off his hands and sell those. Why is this guy still alive? I could have sworn they sentenced the stinking murdering dirt bag to death.

This is nothing new. The most valuable gun in the world is, or at least it was the last time I checked, the 2 dollar derringer that was used to kill Lincoln.

It's an unpleasant fact of life, but guns that were used in notorious crimes are considered to be more valuable than another identical piece.

Jesse Jame's mother is reputed to have bought quite a number of revolvers after Jesse's death and sold them, at highly inflated prices, as "Jesse's own gun".

I would feel somewhat odd at least to profit from my kid's death in that manner. If she used the money to take care of his(did he have any?) then mayby that isn't so bad.

I recently read a couple of books on serial killers that I had found while browsing at the library. Much to my surprise, there is a well-known phenomenon called 'murderabilia' in which people buy things that have been owned or created by famous criminals. The growth of the Internet has really facilitated this marketplace. As an example, before he was finally executed, John Wayne Gacy, a serial murderer from the Chicago area, sold paintings that he had done while in prison. People have sold clothing allegedly worn by Charles Manson. Apparently, there are even eBay auctions for this sort of thing nowadays. Amazing.

And yet, no one wants to buy my used socks or out-of-focus pictures of the family cat. Hmmph.
