"When we started out, he was missing half the targets and could barely open the shotgun," Rodney Rubert said. "He practiced for years, and he got very fast, but he wasn't hitting all his targets."
That's when a friend advised the younger Rubert to keep right on drawing fast and told him that his eyes would catch up to his hands. Last year, that's exactly what they did.
