I can't seem to find this. What # shellholder is used for reloading this case on a Hornady progressive lock-n-load press?

That is the same case head as the 30-06.

It should be, it's the same case other than neck diameter and length. All the .30-06 progeny, all the .308 progeny, all the .300 Savage progeny and all the 7mm Mauser progeny use that same plate. Also the .45ACP is close enough. For a rifle, .473" is by far the most common size case head.
