shield question

Just got a S&W Shield 9mm. So far very happy at about 225 rounds, just one question for anyone who owns one.
The ejector (not the extractor) has just a tiny bit of movement when you wiggle it with your finger, is this normal? My Glocks are not like this, the ejectors on them are very tight. The gun functions perfectly.

No idea about wiggly ejectors but if it works what needs fixing?

Well it works great now, just want to make sure it is normal for it not to be rock solid with no movement like my Glocks and SR22. Could get looser with time or just not normally be solidly mounted on the shield, it's my only Smith semi so nothing to compare it to.
I may hit the gunshop and check out another gun to see. Just worried about it becoming a problem later.

Yes, it is absolutely normal in the M&P series of guns to have some play in the ejector.

I've carried my Shield every day for 2 years and I've never noticed it. But I just checked and mine also has a little bit of play in the ejector. I've never had a stoppage of any kind, so it looks like it doesn't affect anything.
