Shipping gun to Massachusetts??

Hey, anyone know if its ok to ship ,and have a citizen recieve, my little Keltec p32 to Massachusetts .
The laws are pretty tough and its a small little pocket pistol. Don't want to break any laws.

You will want to call the FFL and ensure they will receive from a non-FFL to be on the safe side.

I am unsure about the size of the gun, and the legal way to send it.

He’s needs to be a registered gun owner and have the proper credentials. Massachusetts requires registration for guns Ammo and components.
Otherwise should just require FFL to FFL transfers.

@whughett is correct. Your friend will need a current MA gun license. The FFL will not release it to him without it (unless he/she is a fool). You may just ask the receiving FFL to walk you through the process to ensure you don't miss anything.

Don't even bother. Not as well known as California, but Massachusetts has an "approved" list of firearms. There are no Kel-tecs, let alone the 32 ACP model, on the list.
