I have logged on to the ITAR website and downloaded a list of "no fly zones", i.e. places you cannot ship parts to.
But, the Federal Register is where the updates are and the list is supposedly more detailed. I logged on to the Federal Register . . . . holy smokes, talk about trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Can anyone tell me where a list of approved countries and most importantly, not approved countries can be obtained or downloaded?
