Shirt-tucking IWB holsters... do they work?

P7M8 in a Comptac C-TAC. I'm about 5'11 190lbs. Got a bit of a spare tire, but not much, weapon is flat out insivible. The natural blousing I get from my extra insulation keeps the weapon from showing at all.
