Is it possible to shoot .45 ACP without reloading? I am NOT made of money. I have lately just kind of felt like adding the caliber back into my stock. I switched to 9mm and 22s to be able to afford to practice. I was wondering if maybe there was some cheap .45 ACP ammo that you can buy in bulk online or something like that.
45 on the shelf is priced out of what I would really consider affordable practice. I would really love to pick up a 1911 for some plinking fun and maybe nightstand duty, but would hate to not be able to stock ammo and practice with it much! I'm not adverse to maybe something in the russian variety. But has the caliber become affordable only for reloaders?
The other day I took my PT-92 out. I forgot my range bag, so i ran by wal-mart. I picked up 300 rounds of 9mm ball, a package of targets, and a package of ear plugs for around 30 bucks. Now that feels good!
