can you guys help suggest a few smaller backpacks?

i'm looking at the maxpedition falcon-II and pygmy packs. both of them at 1400 cu. in. are more than plenty for what i will use it for - daypack for IPSC shooting. the top Y-strap on both is useful for putting my cr-speed belt on both models. the falcon-ii has lots of molle points that i could use for external mag pouches and a triad admin pouch and the falcon-ii also has two small front compartments, but the pygmy has room for a pair of 1L water bottles built in. i'm kind of stuck between the two.

can anyone suggest an in-between pack? i'm looking for something with at least one built-in water bottle holder (i don't want to use reservoirs), i want at least space for two molle attachments in the front (definitely a triple mag pouch, and either the triad admin or roll-up dump pouch), and a few compartments.

i figure the pygmy might work good, and i could 'compartmentalize' the inside using their cuboid system... then put the extra mags outside and keep the ammo trays in the front pouch, and accessories compartmentalized inside the big main area. has anyone bought their cuboid accessories?

one thing i thought of but can't do, is a sling-bag. right now i'm using a tool bag and the single sling is what's killing me and driving me to a backpack to carry my things. plus, whatever backpack i'll get will be used as a hiking/hunting daypack, so a good suspension system is important.

pricewise, i'd like to stay under a hundred (except for the falcon-ii). what do you guys think? for reference, here's everything i carry in and out of an IPSC match:

with added room i will be taking a backup gun. other small items include a spare outer shell, and lunch.
