Shortage of 7.62x39 Ammo

Price gauging. Do you know how many times certain retailers pull ammo off the shelves, scream its been sold out then put little of it back on for an inflated price?

Sheeple don't notice this though. Its your money guys, keep spending it

I would like to throw in my 2 cents and say that i know congressman zach space personally and ive talked to him about this issue and he assures me that there is NO talk whatsoever in the house at this time. it is all rumors started by....US, the gun enthusiasts of America! We are hurting ourselves by panicking like we are!

I still have a bunch of Wolf I got several years ago, from Cabelas, and each 1000 shipped with two dry boxes.

It was $75 per thousand.

Hey all new to forums. Joined because I saw the topic as HKguns described, trying to buy but only finding complaints like where is it! On one hand its a good thing people are finally preping up, on the other it will leave some short. This household I'm in is armed to the teeth with sks's, so we can only shoot boxer, or else our bolt faces will volcano out and pop berdan primed ammo, requiring a gunsmith. You can still find some wolf, but we here are about screwed atm because there is no boxer anywhere. Finally got a backorder in, on some federal, 1k for 1k. It's allot but we are willing to pay it to have it. Probably won't be using it until the day anyway. sorry will not say which site, but it would guarantee 1000 to be in on 30th this month. Best we could find on other backorders were; sept 9 on fiocchi, sept 30 winchest; nov 9th some wolf(mc).

It's important to realize the presidency has been compromised for some time. Defiantly since jfk shooting at least. Other forces have now moved in the laws to make the comprimise more effective, such as the patriot act, pdd 51, john warner defense auth act, etc etc...

It comes and goes quickly, so you just have to keep checking. I just got an order from Midway, at a good price.( A lot less than "Cheaper Than Dirt") Ordered on Monday, and it arrived Friday.

I have another order coming from J&G. It's definately out there, but you have to pounce on it quickly.

By the way, "Cheaper Than Dirt" has terrible prices. Ugggghhhh.

My local academy sports had some yesterday. Monarch 20 rd boxes for 5.69 a box. Note how I say they had some. I bought all 14 boxes at the local store.

Edit: they are beginning to have some other stuff trickle back in also, they had a decent supply of .223 (the rather expensive stuff but still a selection) as well as some handgun ammo.

Don't pay more than $250 for 1000. Aim had a sale a few months ago for $179/1000. Nothing has changed. Once the buying is done another glut will form.
