Ah yes, there are a few other categories that fall under the same undefined realm. Two I can think of are, indeed, shotguns with rifled bores and pistol-gripped rifles. I've never seen a pistol-gripped rifle myself. I'd suspect that a PG rifled shotgun might raise some anal-retentive eyebrows at the BATF too. Another good question is why isn't a rifled shotgun a destructive device?
