Of the ones you listed, I would go with the pardner in a 20 ga, or if you prefer a 12ga. I second taking a look at the Remington Spartan (made by Baikal). You might want to consider a Rossi matched pair. Here's one with both 12 gauge and .22 barrels for $160 MSRP:

They have lots of other combinations, too. I bought the .410/.22 combo about 4 years ago for $109 from Dunham's and it isn't fancy but works great.

If you look around, you can pick up Mossberg 500 pumps with adjustable cokes from $185 up to about $225, new. You pretty much have to stay away from the high end gun shops and look at sporting goods and some Wally worlds. Sometimed good used ones at pawn shops.

These are good dependable guns. I have used them more foe hunting different game than I have the Remingtons and winchester's I've had, only because I don't mind bumping or scratching a stock occasionally.

I hace also used one with a slug barrel for deer hunting and law enforcement and it never failed me.

I ended up getting an H&R Pardner in 12 gauge and cutting the barrel down to 20" It's got quite a spray but I'll be just fine for the sub 30' grouse hunting and defense. It weighs just 5.2lbs. I'm thinking I might pick up a synthetic pistol grip stock and a 20 gauge barrel for it.
