should i get a glock 17L if I already have a 34??

Hello, i have a glock 34 and am considering getting a 17L what are your thoughts?

Other than some of the 17L's being ported, and a couple of other minor differences, they're essentially the same gun. What purpose would it serve that your 34 already doesn't?

If I had a G35 then i would, but really i couldn't justify having a 34 & a 17L. But then again i can't justify many of the guns i own............ just get it for safe measure.

What you should be deciding is whether or not you want the Glock 17L more than you want the money that it costs. Regardless of what guns you already have. "I want it and I have money" is more than a good enough reason to buy a gun!

I used to own the 34 and now I own the 17L. Not enough diference between the two to justify owning both, at least not on my budget.

I would put the money twords an Oly 9mm carbine with Glock mag lower, then you would have some sight radius!

Just get a factory 17L or 6" aftermarket barrel for it.
