Should I Mention This in My Saiga 12 Ad? BAD OMEN???

Interesting, I don't think I've ever seen anyone sell something for that reason, but hey its your gun, you do what you want with it.

I inherited a Thompson/Center Black powder rifle with S/N 66,666 and it freaked me out a little too, but I got used to it.

It means Satan is no more than your tool.

Seriously, I'd play it up in the ad and capitalize off it. If that doesn't sit well with you take the proceeds and do something good for someone who may never have the disposable income to even eat properly.

Easy for me to say I guess. I don't do bad omens.

Personally, I'd have "No.666 Soul Extractor" engraved on the barrel. Not that I don't believe in God, because I certainly do. I just decided to flip to Revelations in the ol' King James in college to find reference of this mysterious number. Low and behold, it was never there! Of all the lessons I learned in college, it was lessons like those that I actually took with me in the end. PS, I'll throw you a deal on that Saiga if you are uncomfortable with it. By belief, I feel you can justify being a good Christian and owning it. Plus... In your posession, you don't have to worry about a derranged sick-o getting ahold of the weapon and reading something into the serial number as a personal message! Does that make you feel better? It's as if you were tasked with making sure it was not ill gotten. PS I'd take care of it too if you wanna get rid of it ;-)

What about carving a pentagram on the grip, and inscribing "non timblo mala" (I shall fear no evil in latin or something along those lines) on the barrel and molding 13 slugs for it out of silver like the Colt in Supernatural? :D

If it were me, I'd put it on gunbroker with a bit of backstory, mention the SN, and post it with a starting price of whatever you want for it, and a buy it now price of $666. That way, people have the option to pay more, and you aren't enticing the sale for profit based solely on a number.

But then again, if it were me, I'd keep it and emblazon the SN with red paint!
