Here is my bench. I use the Lee to prime and have and the Redding for everything else. It's inside a metal builidng that is actually my wood shop. Not a whole lot to it yet but I'm figuring out what I need. The turret I use for sizing and seating and the Lee I use for priming.
If you look down to the right that is my brass tumbler I made out of a treadmill motor and a set of rollers I had. I'ts pretty loud so I pull it outside to use it.
I mounted the presses on an oak block and it's lag screwed into the shelf supports. I can either stand or sit when I operate the press. Nice and sturdy.
Mr. Bmac,
Not all of us are Facebook users (or want to be) If you have a way to link to your pics without the requirement for us to "log-in" to Fbook....that would be great. I'd enjoy seeing your pics.
Okay, I'm just getting started and here is my start. used an old Hoosier like hutch, took the original top off and made my own top out of 3/4 plywood doubled up for strength.
got a Layman T Mag II press. For now me and the oldest son are loading 270, 300WSM and 357mag. We will get the rest of the calibers in due time. cant buy it all at once.
I just built this portable reloading station to haul back and forth to the range. All steel and it is sufficiently heavy and balanced that I can FL size cases w/o having the assembly tip. I still need to add a bracket for Akro Bins (off to the sides), a rubber mat on the underside, and a fixture for my powder measure opposite the press. I ordered a second Lee Classic Turret for the main bench so all should have to do is swap out turrets with die sets.
This is my new bench of scraphttp://www.thehighroad.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=139478&stc=1&d=1301435914 oak, maple, walnut and some sheet of plywood
I moved a few months ago and decided on something a bit more permanent that what I had before, but still small and easy to move. I'm very happy with the result and it only cost me $56.
