For your information, I am posting a link to a thread from GlockTalk about a misfortune that the Costa's have had with the Sidearmor holster company.
I didn't need a new 1911 holster, but this gave me an excuse to buy one.

So, how about the awesome power of the Internet and the gun culture?

There are several good plastic holster makers out there, but in terms of quality, design, fit, and esthetics, Sidearmor is the best, hands down. When I decided to buy a series of OWB holsters for competition, I used Sidearmor for every gun (except the P99 which they did not make at that time).

I love SideArmor's products, Quality is awesome. There custumer service is excelent also. If you call them on the phone a real person answers(Thanks Patricia). Very sorry to hear they got ripped off, I hate it when scum mess with good people.

Here is a pic of their modular holster. I would recommend it highly. Their IWBs are darn fine as well.

if I were going to buy Kydex it would be from one of three companies

Sidearmor
Stellar rigs
Bladetech

In that order....

All 3 have great reps in the industry

OBTW alot of custom shops dont offer a holster for Ruger Auto's becuase of demand...I only offer for one myself (P-95)...

If the demand is there then they will offer it...e-mail them and tell them..if enough people want it then they will prolly carry it.
