Sig 2022?

I believe it is as reliable as a metal framed pistol. Sig was not the first to put out poly guns, they waited until they were sure to get it right.

Im my opinion they are the best deal you can find out there for under 400. I carried one for a couple years on a contract i worked. My father bought one as his first auto.

During our contract training we put a few thousand rounds through each gun and only had a few stopages, and all of those were user caused. I love the 2022 and will add one to my collection in the future.

I just put an order in for one at my LGS on Saturday. Happy Christmas to me! The only real downside I could find is that holsters are a little hard to come by. And by ordering at this time of year, it's going to be a few weeks till I get some range time. Oh, and it only comes with one mag which is kind of a bummer but for a Sig for $400 I'm not complaining.

Have one and love it. Always goes bang and fires anything I put in it. Don't listen to the "it's a budget Sig" crap. It's polymer so of course it's gonna be more cost effective than a machined alloy frame pistol.

So far mine has been flawless, the only problem that I have is loading the mags , it wears my thumbs out and it takes a while to get used to the double/single action trigger. Mine came with 2 mags when I bought it a couple of years ago.
