Sig customer service++!

I'm one of those types of people that screams pretty loud when a company screws me over. As such, I feel it's only fair to scream equally loud when a company takes care of me.

I broke the handguard tab on my 556. That's the kind of thing that *could* be a manufacturer defect, but you have to figure that 90% of the time is going to be operator error.

I called Sig. I waited about 45 seconds through menus and hold music. I explained what happened. Sig put a new set of handguards in the mail to me, at no cost.

That was about as pleasant a customer service experience as anyone could've asked for. They will be rewarded for this with continuing customer loyalty out of me.
