as a fighting gun id take a CZ-75 SP-01 with a steel frame, you have the low bore axis plus more weight to keep the muzzle down for even quicker follow-up shots, P-07 is what id use for carry purposes...Don't get the P-07 Duty. They stopped making them 2 years ago. I love my P-07. CZs have lower bore axis. Makes it easier to recover for follow up shots. As a fighting gun, I would take a CZ P series over any Sig. Though I've only shot their metal gun. They are accurate and reliable. Best ergonomics of poly frame guns I've shot.
Some may find the CZ safety/decocker less ergonomic, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure CZ puts that lever on the frame just like SIG.Some find the slide mounted safety/decocker lon the CZ ess ergonomic then the frame mounted decocker on the Sig.
It would be pretty difficult for CZ to get a lever on that lower profile slide.CZ has lower profile slide which some say is not as easy to grip as the Sig.

the P-07 does and also has a very annoying loaded chamber indicator that sticks up partially blocking the front sight

The 97B has one also.Don't know what kind of P-07 you have, but mine doesn't have a loaded chamber indicator. The only CZ that I know of that has one is the PCR.

The SP2022 has the annoying LCI, not the P-07
