Just picked up a SIG P320 X5 Legion-R2 and am about to head out to the range to break it in.
While I didn't study the manual, I didn't see any mention of what Red Dot sights it was drilled for, or what adapter plates were available. Obviously the SIG Romeo I'd expect would work.
The iron sights are "right" -- fiber optic front with plain black rear. A couple of years ago iron sights were off the table for me, but since I had my Lasik "tweaked" in my right eye, my ability to use iron sights on pistols is slowly returning as my brain adapts, so there is a good chance I won't be in any hurry to add an optic to it.
