Sig P6: Which replacement Mainspring?

Like the title states which replacement Mainspring for a Sig P6 and why?

I used the oem spring with no problems running standard 9mm ammunition.

I've used 18lb springs in P226, P228, and P220. No failures yet.

Factory standard for the P6 is somewhere around 28lbs.
Factory standard for the P225 is 24lbs.

I didn't vote because each gun is different as to which weight spring you can safely use.
You can buy an assortment pack from Wolff with 4 different weights.
I would start with an 18lb spring and go from there. Make sure you put at least 200 rounds through your gun before you use it as a CCW after changing the spring.

How lucky! I just logged on to search for the same thing. Also, where is the best place to buy the assortment from Wolff?...best price/lowest shipping? I hate to order a $3 part and pay $15 shipping...I always wind up spending $100 to make it worth it.

I put the 17# in one of mine, it has worked fine so far. I'm putting the 18# in the other one.

gah .. I was thinking recoil spring .. the mainspring I used was oem
