The 220 was originally chambered in 9x19. It was only made in .45 for export to the US market. Finding a 9x19 220 here is a bit more difficult, but by no means impossible.

hi guys, I can confirm that such a gun exists (if any mistakes in my English sorry I speak spanish, never been to USA neither any other English spoken country) as a matter of fact I do own one of those sig sauer p226 originally chambered for .45 acp single stack mag can't do it now but i'll post pics in a few days cause I'm travelling right so I won't be home till next week, after reading this post I feel like i have something unique, so be patient I promise you'l whishes will be fullfilled
