I have a newly purchased Sig Pro 2022 9mm with Sig Light Nite Sights. I have shot several hundred rounds through it. I am getting excellent groups but they are always centered 2 inches high and 2 inches left of the point of aim at a distance of 7 yards at an indoor range with no wind.

I have tried changing my grip and stance slightly, but there is no change in point of impact. Am I doing something wrong, or do i need to adjust the sights (or get new sights)?

Help please.

It's not off that far a that distance.

You might try puting some caps in two or three mags loaded with 5 rds ea. Have someone mix up the loading & mags. Take your time and shoot all the mags and notice what you are doing when you hit a cap. Down-up-right-left and try to correct on the next rounds.
Try an isosceles stance (or different than your usual) and see what changes. Isosceles usually limits right/left pull/push.
Have someone watch you shoot a slow 5 rounds. Sometimes an observer can see the problem.
Good luck.

It seems I have noticed on more than 1 occasion here that it's taboo to move sights, which I don't understand. If a person is shooting a tight group, but it's not at the center of the target, what is wrong with moving sights?
