Well, he said he could buy four of them for the price of a used Glock, and I've heard that you can find police trade-in Glocks for around $280 online, so I did the math. To be fair, I just did a search and the cheapest I found was $329, so maybe he paid $83. I would pay $83 for a used Sigma.
Add the cost of my FFL and a small shipping fee, and
I was figuring $350 for a used Glock plus a local FFL transfer. That would absolutely put me in the range for 4 of these at the same price I just paid, and that isn't assuming sales tax or shipping on the Glock (or $20 for the Apex kit). It was very good deal. It came with two magazines. The others are Sigma mags previously purchased for my sd9ve. They take a bit of force to seat in the sd9ve and fit better in the Sigma.

Small update on my new Sigma. I installed an Apex trigger kit and would say it is a good improvement for $20. It was not a difficult installation although the changes were not as significant as they were on the sd9ve. The trigger return is still fairly strong on the sw9ve even though the Apex kit caused too light of a trigger return in the sd9ve. The trigger is still heavier and longer on the sw9ve than the sd9ve. I lightly polished a few contact areas which aided in smoothness but now it also highlights the friction and creep in the sear block, which uses some metal on plastic sliding contact, and I cannot see any improvement for that besides trying an aftermarket sear block. I'll probably pass on any more modifications and just enjoy the good deal.
