I have a sigma in 40cal SW40VE that I am going to sell and I was wondering what it is worth? I will be selling it as a package, but if you guys were to buy one (mind you, with factory ammo is has NEVER FTF/FTE) w/less than 2,000 rounds through it, what would you think is a fair price? It will be FTF, so no shipping incluuded or anything like that is necessary. I have don't the spring removal in the trigger to lighten the pull and put a metal guide rod in it. Thanks for helping out.

New version or old version?

I own 4 sigma's right now. I have OWNED i think 7 total since i will buy it if its a good deal and have introduced friends/family/coworkers into shooting and will pass the deal along to get a new shooter into the hobby.

That being said, the used market for those is 200-300.... You MAY be able to get more but the 9mm's are more popular, yours has kitchen table smithing done to it (not saying its a bad thing, its a good mod and i have done it myself) and it has 2k down the pipe.

new they are 300-350 with the rebate. Granted you have to pay taxes usually or transfer fee's but i see them selling for 250-300 FTF very often.

Hope that helps some

Wow, that's more than I was expecting, I was hoping someone would throw 200 out there! I agree it is perfect for a new shooter (my first auto that I could actually hit stuff with, started out with a compact 45...) Yeah, the kitchen smithing is something I do when stuff needs it and if it doesn't sell because of it, I'm not too worried, my mods have served me well. I believe it is a newer version, but I'm not sure (the E in the model number is the newer ones I think) but I don't know. I'll say I'll give the serial to whomever is interested. It also has a hogue wrap-around grip, because the poly was terrible by itself. Thanks again Joe.
