size difference between Sig 229, 239 and G23, G27?

Is there any size difference in the Sig 229, Sig 239, and Glock 23, Glock 27? The G23 seems smaller than the 229...how about the 239? I've never held the Sigs and Glocks side by side. The G27 seems to be the smallest of the group, but is it a "lot" smaller. I'm looking for .40 carry options, so concealment is a consideration. I'm not "hung up" on number of rounds (maybe I should be?), but if there isn't a size advantage to lower capacity then that would be a bummer. Any other points/comments would be appreciated.
