Sizing die movement equation?

Someone posted the equation on how to figure sizing die movement awhile ago, and can't find it. I figures how many thousandths of an inch each 1/8, 1/16 turn of a die gave. Can someone refresh my memory? Thanks guys-

Reloading dies are 7/8 X 14 thread, so one full turn is 1000/14 = .071, a half turn would be .036, a quarter turn .018, etc.
