I have a question for SKS-M owners: does the SKS-M's bolt lock open after the last shot? Also, is the SKS-M as easy to load with stripper clips as a standard SKS?
No,the bolt does not lock to the rear when empty.I had to go look at mine to see, didn't remember. The SKS-M bolt has no cutout for stripper clips,so must be loaded by magazine insertion from the magwell.

If one were to utilize an AK mag with the BHO follower (is it Hungarian or Yugo, maybe?), would the bolt lock open, or are those pieces simply not there?
