i want to pick up a sks, but i live in the PRK

so that means no grenade launcher sights...
or grenade laucher..

i was looking at the romanian sks

and i see no gren laucher..

and another thing.. where the hell can i pick one up.. went to a local shop 400+ for an sks.. said thanks and walked out the door.

where could i get one CA legal online?

thanks in advance.

Many dealers are offering CA legal Yugos. I think the grenade launcher is replaced with a muzzle brake and the some other minor changes. It still looks pretty cool and they are only a few buck more for the CA version. Try SOG, AIM, or Century. I will post a link if I find one.

juicy, enterprise arms is only about 25 miles from you off the 210 fwy. You could call them and see if you could go there to buy one. I have a yugo with a muzzle break and it is nice. Mark

dude railroader you rock!

thanks imma call tomorrow and check it out.

do they have the chrome bores?

None of the yugos have chrome bores but almost all the ammo you will find now is non corrosive. If you can look at them at enterprise try and get a nice one. Mark

Check Turners in Pasadena or Reseda.

About once a month or so they sell Yugo SKS's,with grenade launcher & folding sights, muzzle brake and bayonet. Peferctly legal (for now anyway).

They usually go for $149.00 and are in "good" condition. The stocks are usually rife with "character". The last one I bought has some soldiers name and the Serbian flag carved into the stock. You can ditch the stock and get a synthetic if you like.

I like to keep them they way they come. They're cheap and fun. Pretty accurate too!

They are imported by Century Arms and they sell out fast. Check the web flyers every Tuesday.

i read somewere that turners raided the price and they said they would be getting anymore soon...

anyone confirm?
