Slick-Side Flattop AR Upper?

Guys and gals,

I'm looking for a couple of stripped AR uppers.

Features needed:
- Highest possible overall quality. Perfect is not good enough.
- Slick sides. No forward assist, and I'd prefer no dust cover.
- Flat top with correct Mil-Spec M1913 Picatinny rail.
- Forged 7075-T6 construction, hard-anodized and ideally Tefcoated.

Any place I should look before starting my quest through the Intarwebs?
