i have a moss 500 and just got a 18.5 in barrel theat has a Cylinder bore choke can a fire slugs through it??? like the winchester pdx 12 rounds???

A cylinder bore is the recommended choke for the Foster style slugs available, and would work well with the PDX shells. You just have to deal with the shell's distance limitations.

Thanks for the info, Pfletch83.

The pdx 12 loads are standard "buck and ball" shells the .410 load has the D.D.'s with bb shot.

Not a problem

Eons ago, before rifled slug barrels and sabot slugs, I cut 2" off a 28" field barrel to remove the choke for Foster slug shooting. It's the best smoothbore Foster slug barrel I've shot.
