Smith .45ACP: 22-4 vs 625 vs 25-2?

Can anyone give me a run down of the differences between all these .45ACP offerings? 22-4 Thunder Ranch, 625 and 25-2.

22-4 TR - Fixed sights, tapered barrel, blue.
625 - Adjustable sights, full lug heavy barrel (most but not all, others made), stainless.
25-2 - Adjustable sights, heavy barrel, half lug, blue.

I have both they are great one is a 4" old school combat revolver the other is a target pistol.
