Just wanted to give a quick report on the customer service I got from Smith and Wesson recently. I was having trouble with my 629 mountain gun, the cylinder was binding and not working right. I contacted S&W and they had me ship the gun back at their expense. Keep in mind the gun has been well used and shot some high power factory loads. I was expecting to get a call with an estimate for repairs but instead the 629 showed back up to my house via UPS in about two weeks. No charges at all and they even buffed out some ugly scratches I had on the cylinder as well. The whole process went great because of their great service. Just wanted to let you know in case you were contimplating a repair for your S&W.
