Smith and Wesson model 13

I have read of the 13 being made on special order in .38 special and also some M 10s in .357 which I think were transitional and marked as M 10 with correct bbl markings as .357 not a reamed out 10 or Frankin gun pieced together.
Smith has a reputation of doing some weird things with parts in stock.

Model 13 is my favorite K frame.
