dasmi:

Thanks for your nice compliment on my Security Six snub! These are real nice revolvers for sure!

I'll soon have a Police Service Six snub as a mate to my Security Six snub! I wish you luck, in finding yours!

Now, I'll need to find an Speed Six snub, to go along with the above two?

I just found an 2.5" Colt Python snub(Circa, 1964)which is the first year of production for these! I feel very fortunate, to have found this snub(But, I still love my "Six series" snubs!)! :D

Dag Nabbit, Jeff!

That's FOUR Python snubs, including the blued "Snake Eyes" you agreed to sell me for $400, you dirty welch!

If you don't stop teasing us like that......

:cuss: :what: :neener:

Slick: (hehheheheheh) First gun I bought my wife was a Speed-Six .38Spc. Shop had a Charter Snubby and the Ruger. I told her the Charter's lighter, carries easier, but the Ruger will run forever, prices near equal, take your choice. She took the Ruger some 15 yrs ago. Now carries a SP-101 DAO with PMC UltraMags, remember them? Gotta work on posting pics! We (she) still has the Speed-Six!!

Stay safe.

1)That's great, that you and your wife, still has the Speed Six!

2)I wish that I still had the model GS-33(3-inch)Speed six, that I had foolishly sold recently(Big mistake!)! This was the version of the Speed six(With the longer 3-inch barrel!)that was made for the U.S. Postal Service, that was also in a heavier barrel, than was the normal standard barrel! And(What makes me want to cry!)is that my GS-33 was NIB!

3)I'll be looking forward to seeing some pictures of your wife's Speed six, as soon as you have learned how to post them? Try going to www.photobucket.com to post your pictures then follow their instructions to get your pictures posted to the Gun Forums(As this is the easiest picture host that I have ever tried!)!

I'd go for a bodyguard that size if it had the weight to make it comfortable. I've got my eye on a 649 that I'll hopefully get before long.

How About Big Bores?

This is my M296, does it kick? Yes, that is why I call it "Thumper!"
