So..... I hope you brought home diamonds! That is a really awesome gift. I wish you many more years of happiness and love!

Not only a very nice gift but a manifestation of what can only be considered as excellent taste! 18th anniversary is commonly known as porcelain anniversary but it seems like substituting steel for it works nicely. We're having nickel anniversary next summer, so this might have just inspired me to get something nickel plated for my wife in June. :evil:

Wow! Nice gift man. Wife sure does know what's good. Congrats.
Mine just bought me a 1000 Montana Gold .45 bullets for my birthday. Said get whatever you want so I did, she paid for them, was happy I liked 'those bullet things or whatever they are'. She is a good woman.

Um,

What's a SWMBO?? I mean, what does the acronym stand for? Oh, and congratulations on the anniversary too!

Fella's;

OK, a bit of a diversion, but entirely within the theme of the thread I think. For Valentine's Day 2011, my wife bought me a new Ducati 848EVO, with Termi's, from Fast By Ferracci. Not a firearm, of course, & she's never bought me one for any reason either. On t'other hand neither has she ever complained about my buying a firearm, or the number of them that I have.

Hah! Furthermore, she doesn't complain about our wild meat diet. My cardiologist was astounded at my "good cholesterol" number of 55 though. We informed him that we thought the wild meat diet just might have something to do with that. I think he's going to take up hunting.

Yes she does.... You're a lucky man!

I am thrilled that the OP has a wife so thoughtful and in tune with his likes. A wonderful present.

That said, Have the rules loosened up here? Cause several years ago there was a thread with a pic about a guy who took his wife shooting and I wrote "you, sir, are a lucky man."

It gained me a pm from some mod and a poof of my post, saying my post was not gun related. Maybe he assumed I was ogling the guy's wife, but he had no proof of that. I was saying that the guy was lucky to have a partner who enjoyed shooting. That may have been my last post, before this one.

I know, "grow a thicker skin". And I don't need an explanation from the mods. I accepted their judgments then and I do now. This post just caught me due to the sameness of the comment. That's all.

Sorry, didn't mean to briefly high jack your thread. The OP is indeed a lucky man.

I'm not so sure Omaney and CB900F should be considered "lucky". Wait, yes they should. And they should spoil their wives accordingly.
