Next Five?
1. Remington model 81 autoloader, in either 35 Remington, or .300 Savage. I've always wanted one and never had one.
2. Savage 99 in .300 Savage or .250-3000. Same reason as number one.
3. Shootable condition (GI, not commercial) M1 carbine for m'Lady Wife's house gun.
4. Colt Commercial Government Model or Commander in .38 Super. Just ain't right without a Super in the house.
5. Smith & Wesson M27 with 3.5 inch barrel. Among the finest of close order personal crisis resolution management tools in the known Universe.
6. Two (2) Smith & Wesson M19s, one four inch and one deuce and a half. Among the finest of close order personal crisis resolution management tools in the known Universe.

Do I have to tell my wife that next year's cruise is "off'?
1- Tikka T3 Laminated Stainless in .243 Win (LOVE that cartridge)
2- Colt Combat Government 1911 .45 two-tone (replace the one I carried as a LEO and had to sell years ago)
3- A better scope (maybe a Burris 4.5-14x42) for the Tikka T3
4- Another better scope (perhaps Leupold or Burris) just to have
5- Marlin 39A (to match the one I gave my son)

Considering I just bought or am closing final deals on three:
BRNO ZKK 601-going to be a 7x57 when I get through
Sako L61R- 270 win, and I have decided to keep it that way for now
Winchester Model 70-Circa 1952, currently a 30-06 not sure what this will end as, thoughts right now are both a 404 Jeffrey, or a 6.5x55 Swede
At least one of the above is over a year project and I am probably being conservative by at least six months, the Winchester could take that long depending on what I do to it in the final.
So whats next on the agenda? I am pretty pistoled out only a few very interesting pieces would catch my eye. Any Colt National Match, a 1914/15 Navy Colt, possibly a 1958-59 Gold Cup. A registered S&W Magnum. The only new gun would be a 414 Supermag Dan Wesson. Based on the above are few and far between, and I am not going to pay grossly elevated prices, something off of the above list could take 10 years, so none of the above hit the list of 5.
Anyway here does.
1. a 404 Jeffrey, I want a controlled round feed, preferably a Mauser, but a Old Model 70 Win would do, done up right as an African Express rifle.
2. a 6.5-284, with a 28" tube and set up to shoot around 1" groups @ 300 yards ( .3 MOA), concept is a long Rem 700 action
3. A 1949-1951 Tula Arsenal SKS in perfect shape with the original plum colored stock
4. A FAL- not a brand 'X", DSA looks like the bet now
5. AK-47- Still doing my homework on this one, and am suprised at how expensive the nice ones are, they sure aren't a $250 rifle. Was thinking a milled reciever version was nice, but like I said I need to do more homework on this and right now this could be talking out of the seat of my pants.
6. I get this one cause my #1 above might already be bought, micrometers and measurements of the rifle I get next week might negate that. So my last choice is either a very nice Swede Mauser, a Persian Mauser, or another 100% original not customised high quality mauser. There is some flex here, although the Persian Mausers on Samco look pretty nice. I really wanted a 6.5x55 or a 7x57 though. I have a feeling I am going to get two out of this category.
I figure the above will keep me busy for at least a couple of years.

Mindful that I am a relatively new Bullseye shooter only just starting to explore other gun obsessions:
1 - a Glock or Sig CCW gun for my fiance.
2 - a Glock or Sig CCW gun for me for carry and IDPA.
3 - a custom .45 hardball gun that'll print sub-2" groups at 50yds.
4 - a Para Ordnance hi-cap .45 for my future IPSC endeavors.
5 - a backup .22, most probably another S&W Model 41.
And on my "lottery gun" list are a mil-spec Beretta 9mm, a Thompson, and... um, a lot of the guns everyone else here has listed...

I currently own a : Kimber TLE (.45), Colt Delta Elite (10mm), Kel-tec .380, Ruger Mk II... SAR-1 and M-4gery, so I guess I'm pretty good what what I practically *need* (My needs are different than yours )
So what I would LIKE for my next five....
1) 9mm 1911
2) dedicated .22 1911
3) maybe a 9mm AR-15 or .22 AR15
4) Another SAR, maybe 2 or 3
5) A reloading setup.
* That was pretty cool, in retrospect... I figured out that I'm a 1911 collector at heart... Especially since I traded my glock toward the Delta Elite

I would continue to purchase multiples of platforms I already prefer.
1911s, K frames, for instance. I have my druthers on Shotguns and rifles as well.

Would be kinda neat to have 5 Caspian Frame and Slide 1911 styles built at the same time, say three 5" and two Lt Wt Commander Size .
Find five old BHPs, five 3" RB K frames,....you get the idea
I would continue to purchase multiples of platforms I already prefer.

2. .25 cal Contender Barrel, maybe a 25-35 improved.
3. DA .45, probably a Taurus PT945
4. American made utility grade SXS that isn't a Stevens 311.
5. .357 wheelie with a 6 inch barrel. If I can't find my Cyclopes, might go with a Taurus 608.
