SOG Closing?

So, I was reading some posts on a different forum that speculated that Southern Ohio Gun (SOG)
is closing up shop. On their site, it looks like they are selling off everything left in their warehouses, such as old Enfield stocks, spanish revolvers with no cylinders, etc, and the selection of new guns is about gone. Has anyone heard about this? Is this the end of SOG as we know it?

I noticed the same thing yesterday. Went to look at their C&R page and there wasn't a link. I've been on their e mail list for a few years now and usually receive two or three a week. On the 10th of this month they had a "closeout" sale on all of their Taurus handguns which I thought was odd as they have been selling that brand for awhile. Have received four e mail's since then the last being the 21st and that one just listed what is now on the front page of their site. Not receiving an e mail in over a week is not the norm.

My most recent SOG sales email came yesterday morning (timestamped 5:59a) but for the past few weeks the offerings have been thin, as noted.

I was checking their site yesterday, too, and thought it was odd that they didn't have many guns in stock. Never crossed my mind they may be shutting down.
