I finally got my SOG Tech Bowie. There doesn't seem any pics of this knife on THR, so I'll share mine.
This knife is a little shorter than my Ka-Bar. The finish is excellent.
I don't like the sheath that came with the Tech Bowie though, it takes more effort to pull the knife out, and it can be carried on the right side only while the Ka-Bar sheath can be put on the left.

Ergo grip, same material as the Ka-Bar

Nice clean looking blade

If I were to pair the knives with the guns,

The Ka-Bar seems to go well with the HK USP 45 :D

while the Tech Bowie pairs better with the Sig Sauer P226 :D

That is a good looking knife. I have been closely checking out the Seal Team and the Seal Pup knives from SOG. I will have to look more closely at the Tech Bowies. I ordered an SOG Aegis Folder earlier today and I am expecting a Cold Steel San Mai III Trailmaster to be delivered today or tomorow. I will have to wait for my knife funds to rebuild before tking on another.

Congratulations on an awesome looking knife.

Never had experience with the SOG Tech Bowie but it looks like a great knife. I do carry a SOG Flash II pretty much every day. I think that SOG's are very good products. Congrats on a great knife.

I have a couple of the old "tech" bowies which I like. Have not tried out one of the current Tech bowies. Not of huge fan of the plastic sheaths, but they work well and protect you and the blade. By the way, I have a lot of SOG blades. The only one that every bought that I disliked was the Flash II.

Very nice pictures. Please tell me how you did them. Normal light? tripod? flash? Fill fash?
