South Dakota becomes the 1st state to repeal all Concealed Carry fees

My grandpa homesteaded there. I spent the first 20 years of my life in South Dakota on his homestead. My dad purchased it from the estate when he was a young man. There lives actually crossed over with Sioux Indians who lived nearby that had scouted for general Custer. Harsh weather but great people. Kristy is doing a heck of a job as governor. The Rockies drew me out west after college or I would probably still live there.

We need to work on this here in TX. While 40 dollars isn't a huge amount less or Zero would be better.
