Southern Ohio Gun Handgun Shipping Cost?

I was taking a look at some of SOG's newest offerings in this month's catalog and was thinking about having a handgun shipped to my local FFL. Unfortunately, SOG states that they will only ship via UPS Next Day or UPS Next Day Saver (why not USPS, they are far cheaper, is beyond me).

Does anyone have an idea what SOG charges? I'm sure they have an account with UPS, which should mean they pay something like half the $35+ that UPS charges walk in customers. I'm curious if they charge you their actual discounted rate or stick you with an extra $15 or so surcharge.

It's very reasonable for a rifle.A handgun I don't know the policy now.
My last order for a M95 Steyr ran $14.20 via UPS.
This was about 8 months ago.
Why not call them and ask for Trish?She's very helpful.

Last time I ordered from them they shipped me three C&R handguns for about $26 (in December)

You're absolutely right that its an ATF rule for shipments to non-dealers; but regulations state that shipments of handguns to dealers can also go via USPS.
