Sp101 grips

Will any other grips roughly fit on an sp101?
Smith grips? Gp100 grips? I want a bigger grip on the sp101

The SP101 has huge aftermarket support, just about all the major grip companies have an offering for it.

For a larger grip, probably the first thing I'd try out is Hogue grips. They are readily available and affordable. I'd say I use more of their grips than any other one maker.

Some other brands to look for are Pachmayr, Altamont, VZ Grips, and Eagle grips.

The Pachmayr diamond pro are the best I've found after looking for along time. They come in both rubber or g10.

This is a Diamond Pro and it’s considerably fatter than the Hogue.

I have Hague’s on my 101 and live them in my larger hands.

I had a set of Pachmayr G10's on my SP101 and they looked/felt really good, but they were brutal with .357 loads.

I now swap back and forth between a set of wood and rubber Hogues...the rubber being much more comfortable when shooting Magnums, of course.

(G10's on my .357, Hogue Pau Ferro on my .38 +P that I recently sold)

Im wondering if a gp100 match champion grip would fit on a sp101 and then just bed the grip. I already have a hogue. Im looking for a full grip at the bottom

The Compac is chubby on the bottom. full power 357s don't hurt.
